Travel fee

I understand I will be charged a travel fee for all services rendered. All travel fees are non-refundable and originate from the main office of Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC. Located in Liberty Hill, 78642

Within 15 miles: $120.00

Outside of 15 miles: $160:00

Safety

I understand the customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible space for services.

I understand if Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC is unable to preform service due to the list below, all charges are non-refundable. This includes but not limited to:

Being asked to leave the service location(Police, land owner, HOA, hostile person(s),etc.)

I understand if the vehicle or location meets one or more of the following criteria; services will NOT be rendered and a fee of $40.00 will apply. Including but not limited to:

Unable to access vehicle
- In a locked enclosure
- Keys unavailable
- Aggressive Animals
- Biohazards
- Acts of God (Weather, Lightning, Heavy Rain, Flood etc.)
- Construction
- Un-Level surfaces
- EMS, Fire, or Police

* If the vehicle contains an Interlock Device, additional condition may apply.(customer must be at the service location for the duration of service).

Diagnostic Fee(s)

I understand Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC charges 1 hour of labor($80.00) for diagnostics.

I understand Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC charges one diagnostic fee/system.

I understand Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC will refund the customer for any diagnostic fee(s) if unable to determine the failure.

Parts, Labor, and Warranty

I understand that the purchase and cost of parts is of soul discretion by Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC

I understand Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC uses Mitchell repair database to determine labor hours. The cost of these labor hours start at $80.00/hour.

I understand if the customer chooses to provide their own part, labor charges increase to $100.00/hr.

Customer Provided Parts

I understand if I the customer provides service parts to Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC, the customer is responsible for fitment, components failure(s) and warranty.

I understand and have been explained the risk(s) of using aftermarket and NOT OEM parts.

I understand that all labor includes a 90 day warranty from the original date of service. Parts used during service(s) fall under the original manufactures warranty.

I understand if a part provided by Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC is defective on or before installation, Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC will obtain and replace said part with no additional cost.

I understand if a diagnostic is provided from a licensed third party not Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC, a service can be completed if Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC agrees with the licensed third parties diagnostic. If Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC does agree with the diagnostic, then the diagnostic fee will not apply.

I understand if the failure is determined not to be illustrated by the licensed third party diagnostic, Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC may or may not charge an additional diagnostics fee.

Squatch Mobile Auto Repair LLC additional requirements

I understand a valid ID or driver license is required with payment.

I understand if the full balance of total services rendered is NOT paid by the agreed upon date, a one time 15% of total invoice feel will apply.

I understand any breech of this contract will result in legal actions, up to and including any legal and/or processing fees.
